Does your organisation need volunteers?

If you are a not-for-profit organisation or project involving volunteers, we’re here to help.

We receive approximately 250 new volunteer applications each month, all looking to make a difference in the community.

To access our full services, you’ll need to become a Volunteering Canterbury Member.

Membership includes:

Volunteer recruitment and referrals, including group volunteering opportunities
Advertising and recruitment support through our online platform and networks
Mentorship and consultancy on involving and supporting volunteers
Access to up-to-date resources and volunteer management information
Professional development via training and workshops (discounted for members)
Tautoko Network membership, our unique peer support and advocacy group
Promotion and advocacy for volunteering and volunteer-involving organisations

Access training, mentoring, and support specifically for not-for-profits. Stay equipped with our resource library, professional development workshops, and one-on-one consultancy when you need it.

What does it cost?

Membership subscriptions are calculated based on your organisation’s gross annual income.
These are billed on a yearly basis, for the period 1 April – 31 March.

$65: Agency Members whose gross annual income during the last financial year did not exceed $100,000.

$95: Agency Members whose gross annual income during the last financial year exceeded $100,000.

$137: Associate Members (Government departments, units or programmes) which directly involve volunteers and support the objectives of Volunteering Canterbury.
